1. Introduction

Welcome to ThisWarranty.com, a membership program operated by NoSloMo Inc. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

By enrolling in a membership, accessing the website, making a payment, or using any services offered through ThisWarranty.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not enroll in the membership program or use the website.

2. Important Program Disclosure

The Appliance Health Membership is a service-based membership program.

The membership is NOT:

  • An insurance policy

  • A home warranty

  • An extended warranty

  • A service contract

  • A guarantee against appliance failure

  • A repair agreement

Membership provides access to appliance lifecycle management assistance, replacement sourcing assistance, scheduling support, upgrade opportunities, and recycling coordination services.

NoSloMo Inc. does not guarantee repair, replacement, reimbursement, or availability of any specific appliance.

3. Eligibility

To enroll in membership, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • Provide accurate registration information

  • Be legally authorized to enter into binding agreements

  • Maintain a valid payment method

The Company reserves the right to refuse or terminate membership for fraud, abuse, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.

4. Membership Plans

Single Appliance Membership

$10.00 per month

Includes one registered appliance.

Household Membership

$20.00 per month

Includes up to three registered appliances.

Membership benefits may include:

  • Appliance support services

  • Replacement sourcing assistance

  • Upgrade opportunities

  • Recycling assistance

  • Scheduling assistance

  • Member communications

Benefits are subject to availability, operational capacity, inventory, and service area limitations.

5. Appliance Registration

Members are responsible for:

  • Registering appliances

  • Maintaining accurate account information

  • Updating contact information

  • Providing accurate appliance details

Failure to provide accurate information may affect available services.

6. Billing Authorization

By enrolling in membership, you authorize NoSloMo Inc. to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

Membership charges will automatically renew until canceled.

You agree that:

  • Recurring charges may continue until cancellation

  • You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information

  • Failed payments may result in suspension or termination of membership

Applicable taxes may be charged where required by law.

7. Cancellation Policy

Membership may be canceled at any time.

Cancellation will:

  • Stop future recurring billing

  • Remain active through the current paid billing period

  • Not generate prorated refunds

Membership benefits terminate at the end of the current billing cycle.

8. Refund Policy

Membership fees are generally non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Partially used billing periods

  • Unused membership benefits

  • Failure to utilize available services

  • Inventory limitations

  • Scheduling delays

Billing errors reported within 30 days may be reviewed and corrected at the Company's discretion.

9. Member Assistance Requests

Members may submit assistance requests through approved communication channels.

A representative will generally respond as soon as reasonably possible, ranging from immediately to the end of the next business day.

Response times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

During member consultations, the Company may:

  • Discuss appliance concerns

  • Provide troubleshooting guidance

  • Discuss replacement sourcing options

  • Discuss exchange opportunities

  • Coordinate recycling services

No outcome is guaranteed.

10. Appliance Exchange Assistance

Active members may request exchange assistance while membership remains active.

Exchange opportunities are subject to:

  • Inventory availability

  • Operational capacity

  • Inspection requirements

  • Return of existing appliances when applicable

  • Applicable delivery or pickup fees

No guarantee is made regarding:

  • Appliance availability

  • Specific brands

  • Specific models

  • Colors

  • Features

  • Delivery dates

  • Upgrade eligibility

The Company reserves the right to approve, deny, modify, or postpone exchange opportunities.

11. Delivery & Pickup Policy

Standard Fees

Curbside Delivery:
$50 within 15 miles

Carry-In Delivery:
$40 per appliance

Hook-Up Service:
Included at no additional charge when available

Haul-Away:
$20 per appliance

Mileage Beyond 15 Miles:
$1 per mile round trip

Stair Charges

One staircase is included.

Additional staircases consisting of approximately 13–15 steps may incur a $50 fee per staircase.

Delivery schedules are based on operational availability and are not guaranteed.

12. Service Areas

Certain services may only be available within designated geographic service areas.

Service availability may vary based on:

  • Location

  • Inventory

  • Staffing

  • Operational capacity

The Company reserves the right to decline services outside its service area.

13. Website Use

Information provided on ThisWarranty.com is for general informational purposes only.

The Company makes no guarantee regarding:

  • Accuracy

  • Completeness

  • Availability

  • Suitability

  • Reliability

Website content may be modified, suspended, or removed without notice.

14. Privacy Policy

The Company may collect:

  • Appliance registration information

  • Membership information

  • Payment information processed by third-party payment providers

  • Membership participation

  • Appliance failures

  • Delivery delays

  • Inventory shortages

  • Service interruptions

  • Website use

Total liability shall not exceed the membership fees paid by the member during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NoSloMo Inc., its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses resulting from:

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Misuse of services

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Misrepresentation of information

17. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you believe a billing error has occurred, you agree to contact NoSloMo Inc. before initiating a chargeback whenever reasonably possible.

The Company reserves the right to provide records of membership enrollment, billing authorization, communications, and service activity in response to payment disputes.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in termination of membership.

18. Modification of Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms will be posted on ThisWarranty.com.

Continued use of the website or membership following updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

19. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Illinois without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located within Illinois.
